Our Process
What to expect.
From start to finish, you can count on our 60+ years of industry expertise, top-shelf communication, and unmatched commitment to ensure your project needs are met. And heck, we want you to be as excited as we are about seeing your vision become reality.
At every stage, our clients are welcome to schedule a check-in or just stop by to see how their project is progressing.
Initial Consultation
- Meet with our sales and project manager to discuss ideas, objectives, and needs. We’ll give examples of any similar builds we’ve done previously, and do a walk-through of a basic container as well as current products or builds we’re working on, so you can get a real feel for what you want and need in your own project.
Draft Plan Review
- Review the initial plans and gather feedback, refining where necessary.
- Work with an architect for CAD designs/blueprints.
Finalize the Details
- Confirm all project details, timelines, and deliverables.
- Once all those i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed, we take a deposit based on the size and scope of your project.
- If applicable, we have an engineer sign off on the architect’s design.
- When needed, we help with permits for the final delivery site.
Construction
- Time to build! Throughout the construction phase, our team will ensure quality and adherence to the plan.
- Once the build has been completed and approved, we’ll finalize all payments.
Delivery
- The UNCONTAINED team will deliver and place the unit onsite. If there are special delivery needs such as crane or forklift work, we will set up and schedule that as well.
Grand Opening!
- Celebrate the completion and launch of your new space. Don’t even try to contain your excitement!
